Today, Kerry is a Breath, Life, and Mindset Coach, Keynote Speaker, and the founder of All Elements Coaching Pty Ltd, based in Bateau Bay, NSW, Australia. Her journey into coaching was deeply influenced by her own experiences with Complex PTSD after serving as a first responder for 27 years. In 2017, facing these challenges, Kerry embraced curiosity and self-awareness, ultimately discovering her true purpose: to guide others through life’s obstacles with resilience and clarity.
In 2021, after experiencing burnout, Kerry began freediving, which ignited her fascination with breathwork and its profound impact on the mind, body, and soul. She went on to create the Mindful Breath Mastery Fundamentals workshop to help clients understand and master the importance of functional breathing. This journey led her to complete the Oxygen Advantage Advanced Breath Instructor Course.
Kerry works with individuals, groups, and teams to unlock their potential and cultivate resilience through a combination of breathwork, mindset practices, and personalized coaching.
