Pratiquants de sports de combat (Muay Thaï) depuis 1998, j'ai toujours été fasciné par les valeurs (et le style de vie) véhiculées par la pratique des arts martiaux.
Pratique qui m'a amené jusqu'en Thaïlande où j'ai eu l'occasion de boxer pour la première fois au pays du sourire en 2013.
Compétiteur dans l'âme, j'ai également eu l'occasion d'expérimenter et de me former aux techniques de dépassement de soi physique et mentale (bain glacé).
Raison pour laquelle j'ai tout de suite accroché avec les techniques de respiration "Oxygen Advantage » et l'amélioration des performances qu'elles permettent d'atteindre.

Expérience qui me permet aujourd'hui d'accompagner des combattants pros et amateurs (MMA, Jiu-jitsu Brésilien, Boxe, Karaté, etc...) à mieux performer en combat.
