About Me
Passionate about health and well-being, I have been a Registered Osteopath for over three decades and incorporated functional movement into my practice. Over this time my expertise has been honed with thousands of hours of hands-on experience, helping my clients’ mobility and improving their quality of life.
My fascination with what causes our dis-ease, aches, and pains, and how emotions and stress can affect our well-being, posture, and movement, resulted in me discovering breathwork.
There are a dizzying array of breathwork techniques available! However, Oxygen Advantage was the obvious choice, due to its proven scientific-based approach. Oxygen Advantage helps me to empower my clients to take control of their health: mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Our bodies are wonderful and complex. I can draw on my knowledge and experience of the human body and its movement, to help people with dysfunctional breathing patterns. Comprehensively teaching you how to utilize the breath as a powerful tool for aiding health, well-being, and performance.
Through my breath work, I have experience supporting clients with a range of different conditions including anxiety, migraines, sleep disturbance, and asthma.
Based on the border of West Sussex and Hampshire, I offer one-to-one sessions for new and existing clients, these can be either in-clinic or online. I also offer online group workshops and classes for anyone who wishes to embed better automatic breathing function, which is essential for optimizing long-term health and well-being.
