My name is Kim and I’m an Osteopath. Over the years, I have treated many patients of all ages which has deepened my understanding of how stress can impact both the physical and mental well-being of many. My aspiration is to extend my influence beyond the clinic and make a significant impact on their overall health.
My goal is to connect with sporting clubs, schools, workplaces and communities to offer workshops on how the nervous system works, how stress impacts the body, and provide practical tools for managing stress. These workshops will help participants understand their body’s response to stress and provide strategies they can apply in their training, everyday life, workplace environment and schooling. After taking this functional breathing course and continued research I aim to incorporate these principles and strategies into the workshops.
I am based in Melbourne, Vic, Australia and plan to deliver in person workshops.
