From a young age, I struggled to keep up with my teammates during running and conditioning drills. Despite my efforts, I couldn’t understand why I lacked stamina and endurance. Trainers often attributed it to a lack of effort, but I knew there was more to the story.
Over the years, my curiosity about improving my health led me to explore practices like meditation and martial arts (Aikibudo). It was during the COVID-19 pandemic that I discovered the Wim Hof Method, which deepened my interest in breathwork. More recently, I’ve turned to yoga to further enhance my well-being. As a data scientist, I sought to understand the science behind these practices and how they affected my body.
Through the Oxygen Advantage, I found the answer. I learned that my sensitivity to carbon dioxide (CO2) was the root of my endurance struggles. This revelation transformed my approach, allowing me to retrain my breathing and significantly improve my performance.
The Oxygen Advantage gave me more than tools for better breathing—it reshaped how I view health and well-being. With its science-backed methods, I improved my physical and mental resilience and gained insights that I’m excited to share with others.
