Hi! My name is Lars Christian Larssen and I am from Oslo, Norway. On top of being an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor, I am also a Certified Wim Hof Instructor. I have a degree in organizational psychology and human resource management from the University of Oslo. I am also a partner in the expedition company Ousland Explorers where I guide trips primarily on Svalbard, Hardangervidda and Finnmarksvidda.

I am a co-owner of the company “Vidde”, where we focus on nature, community and movement, both the mental and the physical. We think the mind-body connection is important and works with individuals who are committed to optimizing their health, their breathing and improving all of life’s performances. We also believe that nature with its contrasts must become a larger part of our everyday life.
