Lee Compton is the founder, managing director, and lead nutritionist at The Nadura Group LTD. The group is comprised of its clinical practice The Nadura Clinic, its dedicated sports performance platform Athlete Nutrition Coach and FX Supplement’s Europe, the supplement division which is one of Europe’s leading science and evidenced based supplements companies.

Lee operates out of The Nadura Clinic in Ireland a leading functional medicine practice working with clients and athletes from all over the globe. For the past ten years Lee has worked with both general population and elite international athletes at the highest level. He has worked with national and international athletes, including world and olympic medallist’s in both endurance/multisport and athletics from both Europe and the USA including athletes from track USA. Lee also works with many amateur and professional golfers up to and including the US PGA.

Lee specialises in programmes that are specifically created for each individual, he is informed by leading science and evidenced based laboratory tests and for a number of years has integrated Oxygen Advantage into his clinical practice, which in collaboration with Dr. Patrick Mc Keown has delivered a number of key international results.
