Discovering the Oxygen Advantage during the first Covid lockdown was a real game changer for me. It had an immediate and deep impact on various facets of my life such as resilience, sleep, and performance, and I incorporated what I learnt into everyday living, into my yoga and fitness routines, and when out hill walking in my most favourite part of the UK, the Lake District.

Having trained in person with Patrick in Galway as an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor and as a Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator I want to spread the magic that is present in the breath to help people live their best lives. With a background of over 25 years in the world of training and personal development and as a certified and insured Life Coach I bring a huge amount of experience and knowledge to this work.

I have had a long-standing interest of, and practice in, yoga and its ancient philosophy, particularly of ‘pranayama’ which loosely translates as ‘breath control’. The OA incorporates much of this ancient wisdom into its practices and backs it up with hard scientific fact.

My focus is now on how the breath can be maximised and harnessed to enhance an individual’s potential, whether that is in athletic performance, dealing with health issues, or just getting more out of life.

My sessions will educate, support, and guide you to maximise your breathing using the Oxygen Advantage exercises. These can be adapted to suit your needs and are helpful in many respiratory conditions including asthma. We will work together to help you achieve your goals.

Sessions can be online or face-to-face. I also offer small group classes, and on-site corporate sessions.

I am based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire on the fringes of London.
