My name is Lenka Dostalova I live in Colorado, USA. I’m originally from Krnov, Czech Republic.

I’m a certified holistic health and life coach. I inspire people to live fulfilling lives by understanding what it means to say YES to life, to love yourself, to be your true self. I work with 1 on 1 clients in the US and Czech Republic as well.

I work with people that are tired of their current lifestyle, people that are burnt out, who are ready to make a change and don’t know how, people that believe there is something more to life than what they are currently experiencing. I make people see the beauty that lies within them, that has been hiding and is ready to shine through.

I’m a human being just like any of you. I can hear, see, feel, touch, I laugh, I cry…….I don’t have any superpowers I just found myself, my purpose.  I found the meaning of LIFE.

I don’t have a magic stick or a potion to change your life overnight. What I have is tools that helped me change my direction, I have my own experiences I went through to find myself and most importantly I have an open heart to hold space for you when need it.
