Louise develops bespoke movement / breathwork programmes to suit the needs of her private clients, small groups and corporate companies, both in-person and online. Her approach is built on fostering self-awareness: by helping people to understand the way their bodies move, breathe and feel they can recognize unhelpful patters, which have become ingrained over time. Using tried and tested techniques backed up by the latest scientific research, Louise teaches people how to overcome dysfunction and deal with stress, so that they feel a greater sense of calm and wellbeing in their daily lives. Louise can help people experiencing sleep-related issues (such as snoring and insomnia), asthma, anxiety and depression.
Louise is a yoga & breathwork teacher based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. She completed her yoga teaching diploma with Yogacampus and has undergone subsequent training to deepen her knowledge and interest in functional movement and breathing, including the 60-hour Oxygen Advantage breath instructor training. She teaches a non-traditional dynamic style of yoga movement, which is informed by the latest research into how the body works and the effects on the nervous system.
