Hi my name is Luca.
I’m certified Naturopath, Chiropractor and Ayurvedic practitioner.
My main focus are
· Breathworks in all his shapes from Functional breathing to trauma release techniques and all the peak-performance spectrum.
· Hot and cold exposure techniques for recovery and conditioning
· Holistic Nutrition
· Personal training/ focused sports programs
· Body alignment and postures
I’ve been in this path for most of my life, thanks to breath, that saved my life more than one time,irlt all started early in childhood from asthma, panic attacks and a strong burnout, I’ve touched the bottom and climbed back on top, one light breath at the time, thanks to Buteyko techniques, Oxygen Advantage and other smart biohacks.
And here I am tailoring integrated programs for people, following their needs, helping them rebuilding their lives and get the best out of all aspects.
Helping people getting back in shape, is like a mission and a so satisfying and motivating one.
Like when you’re gazing at sun rising, climbing all the way until it reach the Blue sky , at that point you can enjoy his warm light and feel grateful.
I’ve been lucky enough to see many people changes and improve their life, and it fuel me to keep studying, improving and researching.
I do work in person and also online, depending on the demand of receivers, also with small groups, just to keep the focus on the humanity and presence of the treatment, when is about traumas or more delicate kind of meeting or workshops.
I handle bigger groups only when the focus is on performance and sports empowerment.
My plans varying from single consulting services to long lasting empowerment and wellness programs with groups or single.
