Lyn Rodriguez Neisius, M.A., Ed.S.

Lyn has worked with breath for many years both personally and professionally. Starting in college, she learned how to use breathing to help with anxiety and sleep. When she gave birth and nursed her children, breathing techniques were critical to pain management. Yoga practice provided more exposure to various forms of breathwork. Most recently, breath techniques helped heal a herniated disc in her lumbar spine.

Always interested in evidence-based methods to benefit her clientele, she became an Advanced Instructor in the Oxygen Advantage method in 2024. As a licensed mental health professional, she specializes in helping her clients manage uncomfortable emotions and thoughts, develop executive functioning skills, and establish healthy habits. Lyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and a School Psychologist with over 25 years of professional experience, available for clinical services in states where she is licensed and consultation services elsewhere.
