I typically work on a continuum that takes an athlete from the ‘table’ back to the field of play. To put it more succinctly I tend to work on a spectrum from rehabilitation to performance.
I use Functional Movement Patterns extensively with my work and incorporate breathwork as an integral part of this practice.
