In the last five years, he has designed and combined strategic, scientific, business management and sports technical insights to create Warp Speed Habits, a science-based approach to building habits in business environments, that culminated in a book, published in English and Portuguese, and Peak Performance, a framework for leveraging individual and team performance in the business world.

He has an Industrial Engineering degree and a MBA from Porto Business School. He has completed programs in specializations such as Lean Management (Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Japan), Strategy Execution (Jeroen de Flanders), Innovation Management (Global Innovation Management Institute), Neuroscience in Leadership (NeuroLeadership Institute), Project Management (PwC Consulting) and the application of scientific methods used in the sports arena (Oxygen Advantage).
He works in Portugal with leaders, managers and teams across the corporate world, in the cities of Lisbon, Porto, Aveiro, and Faro, both through online sessions and/or directly with teams.
