With over 20 years experience in teaching functional movement, I still find it immensely gratifying being able to teach people to understand their own body’s nuances, to improve efficiency and freedom of movement throughout their daily life.
Utilising the breath has been integral to my movement practice for nearly forty years. Right from my early days as a ‘traditional’ martial artist, to client presentations as an Architect, through to present day as a movement practitioner.
And, the Oxygen Advantage training has given me the depth of knowledge and knowhow to continue on in my journey and achieve astonishing improvements in my own performance as an ultra distance cyclist, and life in general (especially sleep).
A hungry learner, and passionate designer, I never stop striving. I use myself as a testbed before passing on any knowledge to my students.
I believe that a contextual overview to an holistic approach, makes for more robust and sustainable results for the individual.
Good health and fitness is important at any age. The right daily habits are crucial to enjoying a long life of mobility and vitality.
