I use Oxygen Advantage techniques during the preparation in the whole training cycle for IRONMAN triathlon series, X-TRI World Tour triathlon series or other triathlon, bike or run events.
In this way we build an additional advantage, because the breathing process is mostly completely ignored. In sport, there is an old-fashioned belief that we breathe through our mouths during exercise, because this is how we provide more oxygen. We break these stereotypes and show in practice how to adapt the breathing methods in everyday life and training step by step.
The elements of apnea work perfectly well during swimming, where for most people it is completely natural. We only try to use the adaptation to carbon dioxide to a greater extent, which translates into better results in the swimming split.
On a bicycle and running, these are the units that are part of the training or we breathe entirely through the nose only. We believe that great athletes like Emil Zatopek could not be wrong in their training to cope with elements of apnea into their workouts. We do the same.
The whole is complemented by independent units, where through breathing we build concentration, improve the chemical parameters of blood, calm the heart rate. We monitor HRV with the Oura Ring.
We introduce certain breathing procedures as a warm-up before the start of the competition. We can then use the EPO potential generated by the body, which is important for a dynamic start of the competition.

Techniki oxygen advantage wykorzystuję w trakcie przygotowań zawodników w całym cyklu treningowym do zawodów z serii IRONMAN, XTRI World Tour lub innych imprez triathlonowych, rowerowych i biegowych.
W ten sposób budujemy właśnie dodatkową przewagę, ponieważ proces oddychania jest w większości zupełnie pomijany przez trenerów. W sporcie panują starodawne przekonania, że podczas wysiłku oddychamy przez usta, bo tak dostarczamy więcej tlenu. Burzymy te stereotypy i w praktyce pokazujemy jak krok po kroku adaptować metody oddechowe w codziennym życiu i treningu.
Elementy bezdechu doskonale sprawdzają się w trakcie pływania, gdzie dla większości jest to zupełnie naturalne. My próbujemy tylko wykorzystać adaptację na dwutlenek węgla w większym stopniu, co przekłada się na lepsze rezultaty na odcinku pływackim.
Na rowerze i bieganiu są to jednostki wplatane w trening lub w całości oddychamy przez tylko przez nos. Ufamy, że wielcy mistrzowie jak Emil Zatopek, nie mogli się mylić w swoich treningach wplatając w swoje treningi elementy bezdechu. Robimy to samo.
Całość uzupełniają jednostki samodzielne, gdzie poprzez oddychanie budujemy koncentrację, poprawiamy parametry chemiczne krwii, uspokajamy tętno. Monitorujemy HRV za pomocą Oura Ring.
Pewne procedury oddechowe wprowadzamy jako rozgrzewkę przed samym startem zawodów. Możemy wykorzystać wtedy potencjał EPO wygenerowanego przez organizm, który jest ważny przy dynamicznym początku zawodów.
