With a background in the Military and Health and Fitness industry I have always had an interest in health, performance and well being.
Discovering the Oxygen Advantage has allowed me to take my training and more importantly recovery to new heights.
By incorporating the Oxygen Advantage principles and methods into my training I have seen improvements in heart rate, stamina, focus and sleep.
My aim is to use the breathing principles of the Oxygen Advantage to promote functional breathing, functional movement and resilience.
I have a passion for helping others to understand how to use the breath to support health, control the stress response and boost performance.
Working with small groups or on a 1-2-1 basis, I am able to offer online or in person training sessions.
