A Dutchman abroad, originated from a small village in the Netherlands and now living in Leicester UK.

After the tragic loss of my wife, I discovered Oxygen Advantage through YouTube and literature. It has been a crucial element as a coping mechanism dealing with bereavement. On the way discovering that I was a persistent mouth and paradoxical breather.

My life feels more in balance now, I feel energised and resilient.

I am interested in working with people recovering from trauma and make breathing a key element in the recovery process.
