I am Martin Sig Andersen and living in Tollose 45 min from Copenhagen. I am teaching yoga and breathing techniques.
Since 2001 a have practiced yoga and I have experienced the power of the breath through different techniques as Vipassana, Art of living, Holotropi and classic yoga breathing techniques (pranayama).
These days I´m teaching young people, men, runners and football players. I think that it is great to move the breathing exercises out of the yoga studio and into the football field or to the playground of any sport or physical activity.
