I’m a yoga teacher with 15+ years experience of practice and teaching, a qualified Mobility Specialist in the Functional Range Conditioning® system and a trained Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction facilitator. Based in London, UK I teach one to one and group sessions both in person and online.

I came to the Oxygen Advantage looking for a more evidence based and performance oriented approach to breath training, having explored and taught yogic breathing practices for many years. Oxygen Advantage techniques are now integral to my teaching and are my key focus when working on a one to one basis with clients.

As a one time competitive squash player and keen sportsperson, my main focus is on working with squash players and other athletes (of all levels) looking to get the most out of their game by improving how they breathe, how they move and how they maintain focus.

I also have a corporate background, having worked in the advertising industry for over 20 years, and I’m all too aware of the stress and anxiety that high pressure environments can provoke. The Oxygen Advantage breathing techniques have been pivotal to helping me to manage my response to stress and many of my clients (who are not professional or full time athletes) have also found that they help them to perform and ‘show up’ better in all areas of their lives, both at home and at work.
