Matt Nichols is a Los Angeles-based human performance coach at Oak Park – The Home of CrossFit Los Angeles, where he coaches group fitness and functional breathing classes, and trains individuals and small groups virtually and in person. In addition to certification through Oxygen Advantage, Matt is a certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer, an XPT Master Coach, an FRC movement specialist, and is certified through Art of Breath. He regularly leads corporate wellness workshops and group experiences that use fitness, mindful breathing, extreme heat and cold exposure, and mental skills coaching to bring out the best in human performance. Additionally, Matt leads the fundraising efforts for the non-profit research organization, Health and Human Performance Foundation.
