After spending years in stressful corporate jobs, I was given an opportunity during this pandemic to finally refocus on what I genuinely wanted to do with my life. I have been a fitness enthusiast for the past 10 years and have always known the importance of breathing, OR so I thought. After hearing Patrick McKeown on one of my favorite podcasts “The muscle intelligence” I was completely blown away by the things he spoke about, so much so that I immediately bought his book “The Oxygen Advantage”. I am also a huge believer in the importance of the fundamentals to life, such as breathing, movement, posture and sleep. These simple aspects to life are severely overlooked, and by using simple techniques and creating awareness we can together change the world and regain our health.
