Breathwork has become a buzzword! The next “big thing”, so to speak. Nevertheless, many people think of their breath as something that just “happens”. But: our breathing patterns have a great influence on our everyday life – be it positive or negative.

Hello and welcome to my profile!

My name is Max, I live in the southwest of Germany and have been exploring breathing techniques and their effect on body and mind for many years.

Breath is synonymous with life itself.
At the same time, it is a source of energy with which we can specifically influence our organism, our well-being and our perception.

The list is long:

  • Enhance the performance of athletes
  • Improve regeneration
  • Improve the quality of sleep and thus general well-being
  • Increase concentration and focus
  • Keeping calm through targeted stress management
  • Deepen meditation

I’m not talking about marketing promises here. You won’t become a top athlete overnight, nor will you achieve samadhi at the push of a button. But your breath can be either a helpful friend or a nasty hurdle along the way.

Best of all, it requires nothing more than your body and your attention.
How do I know this? I’ve been experiencing it for years on myself and people around me.

My journey of experimenting with breathing techniques started around 2016 with the Wim Hof Method. At that time, I went through the WHM 10-week course and in the following years I gained experience and knowledge about how breathing techniques affect my health and my athletic performance.
My driving force: curiosity and self-experimentation; whether in intensive training sessions and competitions, my daily meditation practice or in everyday professional life with part-time studies.
Focus, energy, meditative depth – I know what I’m talking about.

I came across Patrick’s techniques in 2019 and was immediately hooked. Much of what I had previously experienced in practice was now given an architecture of knowledge.

Therefore, I also know the value of a structured and well-founded mediation of what the breath is capable of. It doesn’t matter what the personal motivations are: from high-performance sport, to the daily deadline marathon of our performance society, to stressful everyday family life.

I am happy to accompany you and share my knowledge and experience. Whether live (south of Germany) or online, whether in 1:1 sessions or in a team, whether athlete or manager – in German and English.

All that counts: Your interest in the versatile power that rests in your breath. For contacting me, please write to: [email protected]
