Michael FosterDALLAS, TX | USA
I grew up in the mountains of Colorado at about 9,800 ft elevation. I moved back to my hometown of Dallas during my later teenage years.
I have spent the last 20 years training and competing in various grappling sports. I am a 1st Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I began my BJJ teaching career in 2015 at the rank of brown belt at various academies around Dallas.
In 2016 I was promoted to black belt. I became head instructor of the Jiu Jitsu program at Wolfpack MMA in Rockwall Texas in 2017. In January of 2019 until March of 2020, I helped to start and run the Jiu Jitsu fundamentals program at Octagon MMA.
I began my breathwork journey in early 2017, but it was not until 2020 that I realized how dysfunctional my breathing had become, and that is what attracted me to the Oxygen Advantage program. I have worked diligently to correct my own deficiencies with functional breathing using the OA methods.
I am excited to pass on the knowledge that I have learned through my own journey. I would like to work with people of all backgrounds, from professional athletes to those just looking to better their lives. I am currently working with people via a virtual setting, but I look forward to being able to be back in a in-person setting.
