I teach in-person (happy to travel) and online. I work with people 1-2-1, in groups, corporate teams and at conferences using both the science of our breath and a great Spotify playlist to ensure everyone experiences the power of breathwork.
As a coach, I have been helping people to achieve balance, build resilience and drive success for 6 years. When my clients feel overwhelmed by the demands of work, health and relationships I use OA techniques to help them gain clarity and control.
OA breathing patterns can help people optimise all aspects of their lives including sleep, stress management, anxiety, neurodiversity through to performance at work and personal bests in sport.
Before becoming a coach, I spent 20 years in the technical recruitment space so understand the challenges that come with working in high pressure environments and every day when I am working with people I see how breathwork changes lives.
