After 20 years in the corporate world and 10 years training/coaching combat sports I’m no stranger to stress and the impact it can have on health and performance. But I want to change the way Kiwi’s think about stress & the role it plays in their everyday lives.
I’m all about equipping people with practical tools so they can choose how they respond to everyday stress, and perform at a high-level without sacrificing their health.
