About Me
I am Monica Fox Doud, the owner of Vixen Moon Energy Healing. I am a certified Oxygen Advantage coach, a Reiki Master and a certified Emotion Code | Body Code practitioner. Additionally, I have the great privilege of working as the Wellness Coordinator at BioHealthOhio with Dr. David Siegel—a functional medicine doctor who specializes in treating chronically ill patients. A colleague introduced me to the Oxygen Advantage and I immediately recognized the impact it could have, not only for my own personal well-being, but also for the well-being of our patients at the Wellness Center and my own clients. Many of the people I see on a daily basis are chronically ill, emotionally drained, breathing incorrectly and are in a constant state of sympathetic overdrive. The Oxygen Advantage synergistically fits into the other healing modalities we incorporate for patient and client care. The Emotion Code | Body Code is an energy healing technique that can help identify and release trapped emotions and imbalances to help make conditions right for the body to improve—so physical and emotional difficulties often become much more manageable.
My focus is to work with clients who have health and emotional challenges. Sessions would include breathing techniques aimed at addressing symptoms stemming from these issues. Additionally, sessions would incorporate Emotion Code | Body Code assessments to find and address the root cause of breathing and emotional issues. Past trauma and imbalances can contribute to a myriad of health issues including sympathetic overdrive where a person is in constant state of fight or flight, anxiousness, and a state of resistance that can keep the body in a state of chronically poor health. Addressing these imbalances paired with Oxygen Advantage breathing techniques can help make conditions right for the body to heal.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of Wooster with a major in math and I have worked as a graphic designer for decades. My liberal arts education has enabled me to successfully integrate my background in math and the visual arts, along with years of research in holistic health and energy healing, to facilitate healing from a spiritual, holistic, visual and scientific point of view.
