Ever since I was a child, I’ve always been a martial arts fanatic. I started training Krav Maga at 12 years old, and became a Krav Maga Instructor at 18. Krav Maga and martial arts in general are my passion and my job. Coming across Buteyko Breathing and later Oxygen Advantage truly changed my perception of what it means to be an athlete and a martial artist, and how to teach and train martial arts. Understanding breathing has improved my performance in training and competition and that’s what I hope for my students as well.
A little about me: born in Israel in 1980, living in Mannheim Germany. I have a BA in Psychology and Film Studies from Tel Aviv University, and I have been teaching Krav Maga since 1998. In 2012 I became a Level 2 Ground Force Method Instructor and have been teaching this amazing system ever since. I started practicing Buteyko Breathing in 2015 and have been teaching it since 2016. I teach both face to face and online, and among my students are amateur athletes looking to improve their performance, and people looking to improve their health by relieving Asthma symptoms, alleviating snoring etc.
