Megtetszett ez nekem is és elkezdtem gyakorolni. Aztán a tanulás folyamán rájöttem, mennyi minden más pozitív hozadéka van az orrlégzésnek futás közben és végül eljutottam oda (ahonnan kezdeni kellett volna), hogy mennyi pozitívuma van egész nap.

“I’m Nándor Oertel, also known as ’42k’ Nándi, a runner. Years ago, while recovering from a long injury, I read in a book that a famous runner learned to breathe through his nose so that he wouldn’t waste time during races by having to stop for refreshments. Instead, while eating and drinking during the run, he would breathe through his nose instead of his mouth.
This appealed to me, and I started practicing it. Then, during the learning process, I realized how many other benefits nasal breathing has during running, and eventually, I got to the point (where I should have started) of realizing how many advantages it has throughout the entire day. I would like to introduce you to the fantastic effects of continuous nasal breathing during the day and while sleeping, and then nasal breathing during sports!
