My name is Niall McTaggart and I am a certified Functional Breathing Coach.
I have been involved in martial arts for most of my life and I am an enthusiastic advocate of fitness. My journey has brought me to a greater understanding of the importance that health plays in your fitness, both mental and physical. Fitness and health are not the same thing, but they are linked. Understanding your breath and exploring your emotional intelligence can increase your optimum human performance, not just your sport performance.
The Oxygen Advantage has provided a platform for me to share my journey and explore how you can increase your physical output at any level. We can explore your focus and find your flow state. This is not just for the athlete, this is for the human being, which is why I love it so much. I used the OA to control my mouth breathing and perennial rhinitis, so I am a student, practitioner and coach, all at the same time.
I provide group engagement for training groups, CrossFit gyms, work teams and one to one sessions, tailored to your needs. I have delivered focused training to elite athletes as well as those in high stress and physically demanding jobs.
