Après avoir exercé en tant qu’infirmier dans différents services tels que les urgences, la chirurgie, la psychiatrie, j’ai développé mon ressenti personnel autour du soin et de l’accompagnement.

C’est lors de ma première formation en hatha yoga dans le sud de Mysore en Inde que je me suis rendu compte de ma méconnaissance du yoga que je considérai alors comme un outil agréable pour développer la souplesse et le calme intérieur.

Au cours de ces 4 dernières années et à travers de multiples formations, voyages et stages (vinyasa / iyengar / yin / kundalini / hatha etc…), j’ai pu enrichir mon approche de cette discipline.

Cela fait 2 ans que je m’interesse profondément à l’impact de la respiration sur notre être. J’ai d’abord exploré la méthode Wim Hoff en passant la niveau 1 puis quelques temps après j’ai découvert la méthode Oxygen Advantage. Cette méthode m’a semblé profondément physiologique, adaptée et saine. J’ai alors décidé de comprendre comment je pourrai intégrer cette respiration dans la pratique postural et méditative du yoga.

Tout en associant mes connaissances physiologiques, mon esprit critique et l’expérimentation ésotérique, je souhaite aujourd’hui vous présenter une approche simple, adaptée, dévouée et profonde du yoga.

Mon enseignement s’adresse à toute personnes, quelque soit son age, son genre, sa pratique, sa planète.

It was during my first hatha yoga training in southern Mysore, India that I realized my unfamiliarity with yoga, which I saw as a pleasant tool for developing flexibility and inner calm.

Over the past 4 years and through multiple trainings, trips and internships (vinyasa / iyengar / yin / kundalini / hatha etc. …), I have been able to enrich my approach to this discipline.

I have been deeply interested in the impact of breathing on our being for 2 years. I first explored the Wim Hoff method by passing level 1 then sometime later I discovered the Oxygen Advantage method. This method seemed to me to be primarily physiological, suitable and healthy. I then decided to understand how I could integrate this breathing in the postural and meditative practice of yoga.

While combining my physiological knowledge, my critical mind and esoteric experimentation, today I would like to present to you a simple, adapted, dedicated and profound approach to yoga.

My teaching is for anyone, whatever their age, gender, practice, planet.

I teach mainly on Reunion Island / France / Europe / and in the rest of the world.
