About Me
I am a certified freediving athlete and coach with a passion for helping individuals improve their health, performance, connecting body-mind and well-being through proper breathing techniques.
My background in freediving has given me a deep understanding of the importance of breath control, CO2 tolerance, and relaxation under pressure.
Over the years, I have coached students in freediving, combining techniques that enhance both physical and mental resilience. I discovered the Oxygen Advantage program as a natural complement to my coaching methods. It provided a science-based framework to optimize breathing, which has proven invaluable not only for my freediving clients but also for athletes, professionals, and individuals seeking better stress management and overall wellness.
I integrate the Oxygen Advantage techniques into my coaching and my own training to help clients and myself achieve better endurance, focus, and recovery.
I teach both in-person and online, offering personalized sessions and group workshops.
Based in Israel, I also work in Mexico and Dahab, hosting retreats, courses, and workshops for freediving enthusiasts, athletes, and anyone eager to explore the transformative power of breathwork.
