About Me
Hi, my name is Pascal Achit. I live in Germany, Frankfurt am Main. I work as a life-health coach and am also trained and certified as an Ayurveda chef, meditation trainer, fitness trainer and hypnotherapist.
The focus of my work is biohacking - improving your life according to your own needs. For 5 years I have been working online and offline throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland with business people and athletes who want to improve or balance their health, performance and mindset. I accompany my clients in coaching, workshops, trainings or lectures.
There is always something that can be optimized.
As a trained OA Advanced Oxygen Advantage, I can address each person's issues even more individually and specifically, because everyone is unique and should be considered and treated accordingly. Breathing is the key to our inner self, the key to greater awareness and the key to improving quality of life, performance and health.
I love working with people who really want to change and improve and are ready to take the next step in their health and performance for a better quality of life.
I know myself how breathing can help you to regain balance at work, in everyday life, when your nervous system gets out of balance. This feeling of regaining control is fantastic.I came to Breathwork via yoga and Ayurveda, the practices of pranayama, in order to apply this wholeness even better to myself, but also to pass it on and teach it to my clients.
