Ademhaling heeft me mijn hele leven gefascineerd. Door de jaren heen heb ik me verdiept in verschillende ademhalingstechnieken en behaalde ik meerdere certificeringen:

In 2020 richtte ik praktijk Kom op Adem op, waar ik sindsdien talloze mensen heb begeleid met ademhalingstechnieken. Mijn expertise ligt vooral bij stress, burn-out, angsten en chronische hyperventilatie. De technieken van Oxygen Advantage vormen de meest complete ademtraining, en mijn achtergrond in Hartcoherentie, Buteyko, Intermittent Living versterken deze aanpak.
Tevens heb ik een paramedische achtergrond als ergotherapeut. Ik werk meestal vanuit Beerse maar verplaats me in héél Vlaanderen. Daarnaast begeleid ik werknemers in bedrijven om hun ademhaling te optimaliseren en zo beter te presteren onder stress.

In 2020, I founded Kom op Adem, a practice where I have since helped numerous people improve their breathing through various techniques. My expertise mainly lies in stress, burnout, anxiety, and chronic hyperventilation. The Oxygen Advantage method provides the most complete breath training, further enhanced by my background in heart coherence, Buteyko, Intermittent Living.
I have a paramedical background as an occupational therapist. I work in Beerse but regularly move around all over Flanders. I also support employees in companies to optimize their breathing and perform better under stress.
