Last year I underwent a cervical surgery. I remember that before they took me into the OR I started to feel short of breath and I was close to having a panic attack. I left the hospital convinced that I had to study my breathing in more detail.
I’m a biologist and in 2008 I became a certified yoga instructor in India, and have been teaching yoga ever since. As of 2019 I started teaching exclusively online classes. Breathing correctly is key when practicing yoga, and the tools I’ve acquired by taking the Oxygen Advantage course are definitely going to improve my teaching as well as my personal practice.
