Build Rituals started as a method of sharing the benefits of Yoga, Breathwork and physical movement for longevity and improved physical and mental health and wellbeing. I want to make these approaches accessible, encourage increased self awareness and promote independence.
Discovering Oxygen Advantage was a total lightbulb moment for me. I use Oxygen Advantage approaches daily – during exercise, to change state or to cruise through challenges. It feels natural to introduce and explore the techniques in every class I teach. I am an Oxygen Advantage advanced instructor and Breathing for Yoga instructor. I am currently based in Bath, UK and work online and in-person.
I focus on sharing techniques and exercises that allow us to change states, manage stress and improve focus and concentration. I also love working with clients to improve or establish a solid physical baseline – It’s up to you where you take it from there! I love working one to one, with small groups or in the workplace. I have moved away from my career as a mental health professional to become a Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Teacher, Functional Range Conditioning FRCms and certified Personal Trainer level 3. I continue to learn from my own teachers, coaches and mentors.
