Hi everyone! I have been practicing breathwork for several years, and I have seen firsthand the incredible benefits it can have on people's lives. Personally, it has significantly improved my energy levels, sleep quality as well as reduced my symptoms of psoriasis and eczema.

Breathwork is a powerful tool that can help you to relax, reduce stress, improve your mood, and increase your energy levels. It can also help you to heal from trauma, release emotional blockages, and connect with your true self.

In addition to being certified in Oxygen Advantage, I am also a certified Wim Hof Method instructor.
