Pauline MoldounLONDON | UK & FRANCE & BALI | INDONESIA
I am French and a former pro dancer. Yet, diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, I had to live with substantial physical limitations.
It’s cognitive to this connective tissue disorder which also comes with many collateral syndromes like dysautonomia, dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. With this diagnosis came heavy medication and mobility aids like a wheelchair.
Refusing to settle for these limitations, I began to study everything I could get my hands on concerning my diagnosis, searching for something that would help. During this time, I started to uncover more and more about the power of the breath and the Oxygen Advantage method.
Moreover, I trained as a yoga teacher, studied cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapist, ACT… Here are a few of my certifications
- Mindfulness Meditation Certificate
- 500 hours + of Yoga teacher training
- Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
- Diploma in Stress Management and Anxiety Resilience
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Certificate
Obsessed with unleashing humans possibilities, I help yogi, dancer, acrobats, and performers to break their limitations by working on myofascial conditioning, breath, and mindset by becoming more intentional with their lifestyle and movement.
I travel around the world to transmit my knowledge and teach mainly in London, France and Bali (Indonesia)
My conferences, workshops or coaching sessions are conducted in French or English.
