As a Movement Coach, I specialize in helping individuals overcome the challenges of pain and shame associated with movement. In today’s world of stress, social media pressure and unhelthy living, I believe that it all starts with breathing. By taking the time to connect with your body and it’s capabilities, you can achieve greater mobility, stability, strength and endurance.
I work with clients and trainers to emphasize the importance of breathing, mobility and stability as the foundation for effective training. Before putting you under a lot of load, I take a holistic approach to assess your entire body from your big toe to your mindset.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, haven’t been active in a while or have specific issues you want to address, I offer an initial interview to discuss your goals and create a personalized plan. I train my cliënts in Amsterdam, Jordaan area and via Zoom. I have clients throughout The Netherlands and Belgium.
