Portia Mead

Portia a qualified yoga instructor first found the Oxygen Advantage method when she came to run the London Marathon in 2016. She found the breath work an essential part of her training and she believes the reason why she achieved the time she wanted.

Having spent the last 5yrs expanding her awareness in functional movement, living abroad and running yoga retreats, Portia returned to the UK in January 2020 and felt now was the time to embark on expanding her knowledge in the Oxygen Advantage Method.

Portia has always had a passion for working with children, as a Mother herself and is currently putting together an online program for teen breath work, mindfulness and functional movement exercises. There will also be a special focus on children with autism, following her training being focused on this area.

Portia is also working with people of all ages and abilities, one to one in her home town of Malvern. Walking the hills every day can be quite a challenge without the correct breathing techniques.
