Rachel is a trauma-informed Breathwork Therapist, Somatic Coach, and Yoga and Meditation Teacher guiding people to reconnect with their mind and body in a way that feels safe, nurturing, and like a return to Self and life. Her work invites clients to truly feel and experience life — which unfolds through the body as sensation — rather than overthinking or analysing their way through it. She creates a grounded, compassionate space where unwinding, softening, and healing feels possible.
Rachel’s unique approach weaves breathwork with gentle movement, somatic practices, and energetics, to release tension and trauma while fostering a return to our most fluid, free, connected, and vibrant selves.
The foundation of Rachel’s work is the belief that when we stop pathologising our feelings and instead meet them with curiosity and care, we unlock the body’s innate wisdom. This is where profound shifts happen: patterns of stress, tension, depletion, and stuckness release, and we reset our systems to a state of vitality, aliveness, and alignment with our true nature. Rachel’s grounded yet soulful approach blends evidence-based practices with an openness to the mystery and magic of life, creating a truly integrative experience and a safe container to explore the complexities of being human.
Her training in modalities including Holosomatic Breathwork Therapy, pranayama, and Oxygen Advantage reflects her commitment to bridging science with spirit. Rachel works intuitively and with attunement, drawing on years of study, practice, and her own healing journey to support her clients with empathy and nuance to their own unique experiences and where they currently are.
Having lived with lifelong Chronic Pain and Crohn’s Disease, as well as navigating and healing eating disorders, exercise addiction, fibromyalgia, high-functioning anxiety, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Rachel intimately understands how difficult it can feel to be in a body. Yet, through these experiences, she has developed a profound respect for the body’s resilience and wisdom. Her own journey has taught her to embrace discomfort as a teacher and an ally, and she guides others with the same compassion.
Rachel’s work is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself — to a place where healing, connection, and a return to the high sensation of being alive can unfold.
