Rebecca Coales fused yoga with her training as a competitive freediver, helping her set five National records and represent the UK at two World Championships. Now a busy mum, she’s no longer competing and specialises in working with athletes and teaching restorative yoga in Bristol. Rebecca is a 200-hour qualified yoga teacher and Yoga Sports Coach (Institute of Yoga Sport Science). As an Oxygen Advantage instructor, she supports people to switch to nose breathing through an online programme. Her specialities are breathing for anxiety and sports recovery. Come summer, she’s mainly out on her paddleboard, giving lessons or SUP yoga classes, and swimming.
