Rebecca works to optimize human performance and recovery. She discovered early on her passion & gift for helping others improve their health & well-being.

As a certified instructor in Yoga, Oxygen Advantage, and Lucia Light/Sound Practitioner located in the Miami Florida area, Rebecca assists others with their process of balancing the physical, emotional, and mental body.

As an educator, Rebecca is consistently expanding her knowledge and expertise in order to develop unique strategies for her clients. Her mission is to teach, and make tools available for well-being, performance, self-empowerment, and longevity.

With the belief in the body's innate ability to heal itself when given the tools it needs, Rebecca is incredibly passionate about teaching others how to overcome breathing dysfunction; in order to bring the autonomic nervous system into balance, remove metabolic waste, and experience an overall better quality of life.
