My journey to uncover the connections between structural issues and maladaptive habits led me to The Oxygen Advantage book and the realization that correct breathing is the number one regulator of overall health and well-being. Without correct breathing, our body and mind will eventually pay the price. It is so gratifying when clients come back and are excited because they truly notice a difference in how they feel, which in turn affects so many other aspects of their lives-friends, family, jobs, hobbies, etc. Breathing is so basic to life, yet it’s easy to take for granted. My goal is to educate and train individuals to optimize their breathing for overall health and athletic performance.
