With a rich background as a voice coach and yoga practitioner, I've developed a profound relationship with the breath over the decades. This journey has transformed my understanding of breath from merely a biological function to a powerful tool for performance, emotion regulation, and personal development. Inspired by Patrick's work, I've integrated the Oxygen Advantage approach into my mindfulness and music coaching, leveraging the incredible benefits of breathwork.
As a Spanish expat in Berlin, Germany, I work with clients both online and in person.
