meditation, Yoga, and Chi Kung.
As a breathing Instructor, I mostly work with surfers from all levels, from recreational up to
big wave professional riders.
I really love to teach and train surfers to breathe efficiently, improve their apnea time, and
mental control to unlock their true athletic potential and mental strength.
Oxygen Advantage brings many benefits to the needs of the athletes that I work with and
allows me to provide better aid to other sports such as triathletes who are looking to
improve their breathing in ocean swimming but also when cycling and running.
