After more than a dozen courses on weightlifting, gymnastics, running, swimming, anatomy, aerobic capacity, nutrition, rowing etc etc.. I thought I had the functional breathing part pretty much covered, until I read the book ‘Zuurstofwinst’ and attended Patrick McKeown’s Oxygen Advantage® course.
Personally I’m experiencing many benefits on health and performance because of these new breathing techniques. A few of our customers slowly start to see/experience these benefits as well and hopefully many will follow.
