From my own extreme range of life events, I have first-hand experience of the power of the breath on stress, focus and sleep.
As part of this, I have developed the Inner Strength Matrix. Certification by the Oxygen Advantage in functional breathing is a critical aspect of my practice. After all, it’s fruitless trying to regulate focus, sleep, anxiety and stamina issues without eliminating dysfunctional breathing. This is at the core of both my professional and personal therapeutic practice.
I offer 1-2-1, group and corporate sessions both in person and online. I am happy to assist absolutely anyone who is keen to bolster their performance and resilience in their lives.
