My interest in breathing came at a young age, first as a child suffering from asthma – and later as a teenager being exposed to meditation through Eastern martial arts.
In my current role as a personal trainer, in addition to providing exercise guidance and nutrition coaching, I use the Oxygen Advantage breathing techniques to help my clients sleep, eat and perform better.
I also provide instruction in breathing techniques tailored to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners and (mixed) martial artists.
