My name is Rokas Gavenavicius. I have been training in various sports, including but not limited to basketball, athletics, and bodybuilding for the last 25 years.

I am a personal trainer, that has worked in UK, Kuwait, Spain, and Lithuania. I have been also a professional basketball coach.

For me personally, breathing has become my number one priority, as it has helped my clients not only become better physically, but also helped them in improving their focus, sleep, endurance, and general health.
